Went to Sara's birthday thing last night at Last Concert Cafe. Bought a baked good from the lady who sets up shop there to help fund her Marvin Zindler art car. Sara and Emily volunteered to help out with the construction of it, and quite honestly, I think I will too. I have a relatively large amount of free time, and I've always wanted to make something like this for a parade. When I was 10, I had dreams of making my bicycle into a gigantic, ceramic moray eel and riding it in the Thanksgiving Day parade. Of course, there's a world of difference between Marvin Zindler and a moray eel, but still...
In an almost orchestrated fashion, a simultaneous party foul occurred where Sara knocked a joint out of my hand and Dan poured his beer in my lap. I don't think ballerinas have been that choreographed before.
